WinterYear 6A storm danced to loud drums, then sudden silence, then snow falling to soft piano music.

2. Jac’s notes from the show

3. Jac’s first draft of his review

The dance show was on Thursday. It was good. Year 3 did the spring dance. They had ribbons. The summer dance was fast. It was fun. Some people bumped into each other. The autumn dance was slow. The leaf costumes were nice. The winter dance was the best. The drums were loud. It went quiet. The snow fell. Everyone clapped.

Jac’s teacher wrote: “Good ideas, Jac, but every sentence is short and starts the same way. Link your ideas with connectives.”
