Osian’s first week: a diary and a word bank

Osian, his friends and Ysgol Tre-Eurwen are invented for practice.

Osian’s diary

Monday. First day at Ysgol Tre-Eurwen. On the bus I felt bad because I did not know anyone. The school is huge and it was weird having a different teacher for every lesson. I got lost looking for the science lab and I felt really stupid when I walked in late.

Wednesday. Lunch was OK. I sat with Lowri from my form. She is nice. In PE we did rugby and I was scared of being tackled, but it was actually good.

Friday. My best friend from primary school is in a different form and I feel sad that I hardly see him. But Lowri and Jac asked me to join their group for the history project, and I was so happy. When the bell went at the end of the week I felt good that I had got through it.
