Skills for Life: Exercise For All
Mae disgrifiad y cymhwyster yn Saesneg yn unig, gan ei fod wedi ei gymryd o fanyleb Saesneg CBAC.
Exercise for all is a 20 hour Skills for Life unit in which learners take part in a range of physical activities safely, work with others, learn the benefits of exercise, and set and review fitness goals. It is one unit that learners combine with others into a Skills for Life or Skills for Work Award, Certificate or Diploma. Literacy sits in describing and explaining benefits, following spoken and visual instructions, communicating positively in groups and reflecting on progress. Numeracy sits in setting measurable goals and tracking progress with timers, counts and charts, which the pack encourages but the criteria do not strictly require.

Reflecting on progress towards fitness goals
Learners comment on progress at Entry 2, review progress and identify improvement areas at Entry 3 and Level 1, and review progress and identify ways to improve performance at Level 2. The criteria require this; learner journals, logbooks and reflection sheets are listed evidence, and Entry learners may use symbols or emotions.
